Refund policy
Product Return & Exchange Policy –
If you are not satisfied with the online purchase, the product can be return or exchanged within 10 days from the date of product delivery. To process a return, the following conditions must be met:-
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All tags should be intact.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The return request must include proof of origin (such as the original invoice or Bill).
Policy for Proper Unboxing Video
To ensure smooth processing of any potential returns or issues with your order, we kindly request that you must have record a clear video of the unboxing process (Make sure It should be 360-degree angle video for better understanding). The video should show the condition of the packaging, details on patched invoice, Item condition, all content in the box and any damage (if applicable). This helps us address any concerns efficiently and provides proof in case of any discrepancies.
Basic Guidelines:
- Record Before Opening: Please record a video of yourself while unboxing the package. This helps us address any issues that may arise during shipping.
- Show the Packaging: Ensure the video clearly shows the shipping label, condition of the package including any visible damage (if applicable).
- Unbox Slowly: Open the box carefully and show the contents inside, making sure all items are visible in the video.
- Highlight Any Issues: If you notice any damage to the product or missing items, please point them out clearly in the video.
- Save the Video: Keep the video on hand in case it's needed for any return or replacement requests.
NOTE- Failure to comply with this policy may result in rejection of your claim/complaint.
General Terms & Conditions for Return & Claim:
- We reserve the right to determine whether goods have been damaged, used or have manufacturing defects.
- No warranty/guarantee/ return will be applicable for products purchased on discount or during sale periods.
- Used/altered products will not be considered for return.
- Inappropriate usage or incidental damage of the product will not be entertained for claims. E.g., wire cut, dog/animal bite, tearing of sole due to extreme heat pressure, burnt by silencer, toe part damage, liquid/chemical damage, product damage caused by sharp objects, rain & water damage, or any rough use.
- If the value of the replaced product exceeds the original value, the difference amount must be paid by the customer in cash or card.
- No exchange of socks, foot-care or shoe-care items for hygiene/health reasons.
- Replacements or exchanges are subject to the availability of the same product. If the same product is not available, you may choose another product from our website of equal value (as per the original bill amount). Alternatively, a refund will be processed.
- Please note that promotional offers or discounts applied during the original purchase will not be applicable in the case of replacements or exchanges.
- Please bear with us for 10 days (Working days) in event of product that is returned for Quality Check to respective brands
- LGPL reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel the terms and conditions mentioned herein without prior intimation, at their sole discretion.
- Any updates to the policy shall be subjected to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the court in Kanpur.

We provide 100% claim in 90 days in case of any major manufacturing defects only.
Accessories And Travel Accessories.
Bag, Belt, Wallet, Travel Bags & Trolley Bags claims can be lodged in case of any manufacturing defect that occurs within 60 days of product use.
